A 140-piece catalogue
and no idea which to advertise

Norte Cerámica makes stoneware tableware in a Gijón workshop. It sold well at fairs and poorly online: every product was advertised alike and the budget went to pieces that barely left a margin.

The challenge

Big catalogue, small budget and no criteria

With 140 SKUs and €300 a month, Norte was pushing €14 mugs with the same effort as €240 dinner services. Nobody knew which piece was profitable or whether Google or Meta was the right channel for each.

  • The whole catalogue in one Meta ad, with no margin-based segmentation
  • Product pages with no dedicated landing for campaigns
  • A pretty Instagram feed with no reels and no process

norte.ceramica Eight seconds at the wheel that took fourteen years to learn. The Marea service comes out of the kiln on Thursday; six full sets left.

norte.ceramica Every plate is slightly different. Not a flaw: proof that a person made it, not a machine.

Behind the brand

One gas kiln,
two potters and a website that finally sells

Andrés and Sara throw every piece in a workshop by the harbour. The site used to be a catalogue; now it is the shop that funds the studio, with campaigns that optimise themselves while they glaze.

Frequently asked

What other online shops ask

Which products in my catalogue should I promote?

The ones with margin, search demand and a price that justifies the cost per click. For Norte Cerámica we analysed all 140 SKUs and only 23 passed the filter; the rest sell organically and by email.

How do I know if a product is profitable on Google Ads or Meta?

Google Shopping works when someone already searches for that product; Meta works for discovery and retargeting. We assign each piece to a channel by its search demand and measure return per product every few hours.

How do I improve my ecommerce conversion rate?

With a landing per campaign that repeats the ad's message, retargeting for product viewers and content that shows the process. Norte's product pages converted 54% better once each ad linked to its own page.
