How long does deletion take?

We process deletion requests within 30 days as required by law. Most requests are completed within 5–7 business days.

What if I change my mind?

You can cancel your deletion request anytime before we complete the deletion by clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email.

Will my content on TikTok/Instagram be deleted?

No. Content already posted to TikTok or Instagram will remain on those platforms. You must delete that content directly from TikTok or Instagram if desired.

Can I create a new account later?

Yes, you can create a new CustomIQ account at any time using the same or different email address. However, your previous data will not be recoverable.

What data do you keep for legal purposes?

We may retain minimal data required by law (such as transaction records for tax purposes) for the legally mandated retention period, after which it will be deleted.
