CustomIQ is an AI marketing agent that plans, creates, publishes and optimizes your marketing. Each plan includes monthly credits shared across your brands: Individual has 10,000 credits for 1 brand, Small Agency 30,000 for 5 brands and Agency 50,000 for 15 brands. Unused credits carry over one month.
Prices exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout. Pay annually and get 2 months free.

When CustomIQ runs your ads, the management fee is 5% of your monthly ad budget, paid from your credits. The ad spend itself is billed by Meta, Google, TikTok or LinkedIn and is not part of your plan.
Example: a $1,000 monthly ad budget uses 5,000 credits ($50) for the fee.

Credits are how CustomIQ measures work. One credit equals one cent of your billing currency. Images, videos, articles, landing pages, emails, optimization runs and messages with the agent each use credits.
Yes. Plan credits you don't use carry over for one more month and then expire. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire.
No. Ads run in your own Meta, Google, TikTok or LinkedIn ad accounts, and each platform bills the ad spend directly. CustomIQ charges a management fee of 5% of the ad budget, paid from your credits.
You can top up credits at any time from your billing page, or move to a bigger plan. Top-up credits never expire.
Yes. An upgrade applies immediately: you pay the prorated difference and get the extra credits right away. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.
No. Prices exclude VAT or sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your location. Businesses can add their tax ID at checkout.
Yes, on Small Agency ($49 a month per extra brand) and Agency ($39 a month per extra brand); contact us to add them. Individual covers one brand, so move to Small Agency to manage more.
