What's the difference between Essentials and Individual?
Essentials ($47 a month, 3,250 credits) covers social media, your Google Business Profile and its reviews, SEO & GEO articles and your blog, with no paid ads. Individual ($97 a month, 10,000 credits) adds campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, sequences and lead follow-up.
Does it manage my Google Business Profile and reviews?
Yes, on both plans. You give CustomIQ manager access to your Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business), and the agent posts updates and offers to your profile, brings in your reviews and drafts a reply for each one. Nothing goes live without your approval.
What is a credit?
Credits are how CustomIQ measures work. One credit equals one cent of your billing currency. Images, videos, articles, landing pages, emails, optimization runs and messages with the agent each use credits.
Does anything go live without my approval?
No. You approve every ad campaign before it launches and every optimization before it applies, and you approve the plans and automations behind your content. From there, the agent publishes and replies within the rules you set, and you can pause or switch off any of it.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ads, available on Individual, run in your own Google, Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok ad accounts, and each platform bills the ad spend directly. The management fee is 5% of the ad budget, paid from your credits.
Can I move from Essentials to Individual?
Yes. An upgrade applies immediately: you pay the prorated difference and get the extra credits right away. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.
Do unused credits carry over?
Yes. Plan credits you don't use carry over for one more month and then expire. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can top up credits at any time from your billing page, or move to a bigger plan. Top-up credits never expire.
Do prices include taxes?
No. Prices exclude VAT or sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your location. Businesses and freelancers can add their tax ID at checkout.
What if I have several brands or run an agency?
Both plans include one brand. To manage several brands or clients, the agency plans include more brands and have no ads fee.
