What is connecting Google Ads?

It is authorising CustomIQ to create search campaigns, manage keywords and read results in your Google Ads account. Without the connection the agent plans, but cannot deploy.

What do I do from the dashboard?

Go to Connections and click the Google Ads card. Sign in with Google, choose the ad account and confirm. The card shows the status and lets you reconnect if it expires.

How do I do it in the chat?

In the IQ chat click "Connect an account" to open the connections dialog, or use the connection card the agent shows when you ask "Create an ad campaign on Google Ads." without the account connected.

What do I need first?

An active Google Ads account with a payment method set on Google. Ad spend is paid to Google, not to CustomIQ.
