Connect LinkedIn Ads to CustomIQ

In CustomIQ you connect LinkedIn Ads from the Connections page: click the LinkedIn Ads card, sign in to LinkedIn, choose the Campaign Manager ad account and confirm the permissions. You can also open the dialog from the IQ chat with "Connect an account". The ads connection is separate from the LinkedIn page used for organic content.

What is connecting LinkedIn Ads?
It is authorising CustomIQ to publish campaigns and read results on your LinkedIn Campaign Manager ad account. The company page for organic content is connected separately.
What do I do from the dashboard?
Go to Connections, click the LinkedIn Ads card, sign in, choose the ad account and confirm. The card shows the status and lets you reconnect.
How do I do it in the chat?
In the IQ chat, click "Connect an account" or use the connection card the agent shows when you ask "Create an ad campaign on LinkedIn." without the account connected.

An ad account in LinkedIn Campaign Manager with a payment method set up.

- Open Connections. Go to the Connections page in the dashboard.
- Click LinkedIn Ads. Sign in to LinkedIn with a user who administers the ad account.
- Choose the ad account. Select the Campaign Manager account CustomIQ will use.
- Confirm. Accept the permissions; the card turns connected.

- No. The ad account (advertising) and the company page for organic content are connected separately.
