Home, search and Activity & Runs: get around CustomIQ fast

In CustomIQ, Home shows your credit balance, connected channels and any that need attention, content pending approval and quick actions to the chat, campaigns, Studio, inbox, analytics and calendar. Press Ctrl K or Cmd K to search campaigns, landings and content or jump to any page, and open Activity & Runs to follow what is being generated.

What does the CustomIQ Home page show?
Home is the starting point for the brand you are working on: your credit balance, how many channels are connected and how many need attention, how much content is waiting for your approval, and quick actions to the IQ chat, Campaigns, Studio, Inbox, Analytics and Calendar.
How do I find anything fast?
Open Search in the sidebar or press Ctrl K (Cmd K on a Mac) from any page. Type a name to find campaigns, landings and content, run a quick action such as generating images or a video, or jump to any page.
Where do I see what is being made?
Activity & Runs, in the sidebar, lists what CustomIQ is working on: every generation, deployment and sync with its status, so you know when something is ready or needs you.
Can I do this from the chat?
Yes for most things: ask the IQ chat what is pending or how your campaigns are doing. Home, Search and Activity & Runs are the dashboard shortcuts to the same information.
What does it cost?
Browsing Home, searching and checking Activity & Runs does not spend credits.
Steps
- Open Home. Open Home to see credits, connections, pending approvals and quick actions for the current brand.
- Search. Press Search, or Ctrl K / Cmd K on any page, and type what you are looking for.
- Open a result. Pick a campaign, landing or piece of content, a quick action, or a page to jump to.
- Follow the work. Open Activity & Runs in the sidebar to see generations, deployments and syncs with their status.

- A channel login has expired or lost a permission; open Connections and reconnect it.
