The 3-step initial assistant (audience, brand and offer)

On your first sign-in to CustomIQ the "Set up your AI strategy" assistant opens in the IQ chat: you describe who you sell to (audience), how your brand sounds (name, website or new subdomain, logo) and what you sell (product and indicative budget). When you press Create my plan, CustomIQ creates your segment, brand profile, product and first plan.

What is the CustomIQ initial assistant?
It is the three-step form that opens in the IQ chat right after you sign in. It collects the minimum CustomIQ needs to prepare your first plan: audience, brand and offer. On the side you see your welcome credits, ready to pay for the first segment and product.
What does each step of the chat ask?
Step 1, Audience: under "Your ideal customer" describe who buys from you (age, what they look for, which problem you solve) and choose language and country. It does not need to be perfect; CustomIQ will name the audience for you.
Step 2, Brand: type the brand name; under Website choose "I already have a website" (paste the URL) or "Create one for me" (pick a subdomain, checked instantly); under Logo keep "Generate one for me" or upload yours (PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, max 2 MB). The tone of voice is inferred later.
Step 3, Offer: name and short description of the product or service and, optionally, the monthly ad budget (10 €, 89 €, 199 €, 500 € or 1000 €). Press "Create my plan".
What do I see afterwards in the dashboard?
What the assistant creates stays editable in the dashboard: the brand profile in Brand profiles, the segment in Segments and the product in Products. In the chat, the "Review your setup" card lets you correct goal, budget, brand, segment and product before the strategy is generated.
What does it cost?
Nothing out of pocket: the welcome credits cover the first segment and the first product. The plan generated afterwards shows its total credit cost before you approve it.
Steps
- Audience. Describe your ideal customer in your own words and choose their language and country.
- Brand. Type the name, paste your website or ask for a new subdomain, and upload or generate the logo.
- Offer. Name your product or service, describe it briefly and give a monthly budget if you want.
- Create my plan. Press Create my plan; within seconds you have a segment, brand, product and the first plan seeded.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a website to complete the assistant?
- No. In the brand step choose "Create one for me" and CustomIQ will build a landing on a subdomain after you approve the plan.
- Can I correct my data after the assistant?
- Yes. The chat shows the "Review your setup" card with an Edit button, and in the dashboard you can edit brand profiles, segments and products.
- Does the assistant use credits?
- It uses the welcome credits to create your first segment and product; you pay nothing out of pocket.
