0:00Introduction

In this tutorial you'll create a campaign by hand, without the chat. You choose the goal, product, segment and channel yourself, right from Campaigns. Click Add Campaign.

0:15Campaign type

First, the type. Choose Business, and what you sell. Here, a service.

0:21Campaign goal

Now the goal. Open the Paid tab for ad campaigns. Organic covers posts and content. Each goal tells the AI what to aim for, and the KPI it's measured on. Pick Qualified Lead Acquisition.

0:36Campaign details

Give the campaign a name you'll recognize. Choose the service it promotes, and the segment it targets. Then the channel. Here, Meta, for Facebook and Instagram. If you pick several, CustomIQ creates one campaign per channel. Set the KPI and the target to track for each channel.

0:58Cost and saving

At the top you see the creation fee in credits and your wallet balance. It's charged only when you save. Save the campaign.

1:09What happens next

It now appears in Campaigns. CustomIQ researches your market and competitors, then builds the strategy. Open Details to follow it. From here it's the same as a campaign from the chat. Review the strategy, budget, creatives and audience, then deploy. Nothing reaches Meta until you do. That's it. You've created a campaign manually, step by step. You can also ask the IQ chat to create one for you.
