Create a campaign manually from Campaigns
Updated 2026-10-17
In CustomIQ you can create a campaign without the IQ chat: in Campaigns click Add Campaign, choose Business and what you sell, pick a paid or organic goal, then set the name, product, segment, channels and KPI. Saving charges the creation fee; you then review the strategy, approve the budget and deploy.

Can I create a campaign without the chat?
Yes. Besides asking the IQ chat, you can create a campaign yourself from Campaigns with the Add Campaign button. You choose every input: the type of business, the goal, the product or service, the segment, the channels and the KPI.
What do I do from the dashboard?
Switch to Manual mode and open Campaigns. Click Add Campaign and go through the three steps:
- Campaign type: Business (then service, product or place) or Creator.
- Campaign goal: the Paid tab lists ad goals such as Qualified Lead Acquisition, Direct Conversion or Instagram followers; the Organic tab lists content goals. Each goal shows the KPI it is measured on.
- Campaign details: the name (prefilled from the goal), the product or service, the segment, the channels and the KPI target per channel.
The top of the last step shows the creation fee and your wallet balance. Click Save Campaign.
What happens after I save?
The campaign appears in Campaigns. CustomIQ researches your market and competitors and builds the strategy. Open Details to follow it: strategy, budget, creatives, audience and launch. From there it works exactly like a campaign requested in the chat; nothing is published until you deploy.
Can I do it in the IQ chat instead?
Yes. Type "Create an ad campaign on Meta." in the IQ chat and the agent asks for goal, segment, product and budget, then prepares everything for your review.
What does it cost?
Saving charges the creation fee per campaign, shown in credits before you save. Creatives and ad budget are approved later, in the review.

Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference with creating it in the chat?
- Only how you start. In the chat the agent asks for the details; in the form you choose them. After that the review, approval and deploy are the same.
- What happens if I select several channels?
- CustomIQ creates one campaign per channel, and the creation fee is charged for each one.
- Is anything published when I save?
- No. Saving creates the campaign and charges the creation fee; nothing reaches the ad platform until you deploy.
- Which channels can a paid campaign use?
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads (SEM), TikTok and LinkedIn. Connect the ad account in Connections before you deploy.
