Add a product collection to a Meta or Google campaign

Updated 2026-10-19

In CustomIQ you add a product collection to a Meta or Google campaign by typing "Add a product collection to my campaign." in the IQ chat. The agent asks which campaign, which collection and the format (generated creatives, native catalog or both); it generates one creative per product, between 1 and 10, and only charges when you confirm.

What is adding a collection to a campaign?

It is extending an ad campaign you already have running with the products of one of your Collections. CustomIQ can generate one creative per product, enable the native Meta or Google catalog, or both.

How do I do it in the chat?

Type "Add a product collection to my campaign." in the IQ chat. The agent asks for the campaign, the collection, the format, how many creatives (1 to 10, 3 by default) and, on Meta, the ad set. Before generating anything it shows the summary and the cost; you are only charged when you confirm.

What do I do from the dashboard?

Review and approve. The new creatives appear in the campaign detail in Campaigns, where you approve them so they get published. There is no form to add collections from the dashboard: it is done in the chat.

What do I need first?

An active Meta or Google campaign and at least one collection with products. If the campaign was paused or deleted on Meta, CustomIQ marks it as removed and it accepts no new creatives.

What does it cost?

Each generated creative consumes credits; the exact amount appears before you confirm. The native catalog generates no creatives and has no generation cost.

Where is it in the dashboard?

Frequently asked questions

Can I mix several products in one creative?
No. Each generated creative shows a single product from the collection.
What is the native catalog?
A dynamic ad that uses your product catalog on Meta or Google; it builds its own ad set and generates no images.
What does it cost?
The cost depends on the number of creatives; it is shown before you confirm. The native catalog generates no creatives.
