See the results of a TikTok Ads campaign

Updated 2026-10-12

In CustomIQ a deployed TikTok Ads campaign opens in Campaigns with the structure created on TikTok, campaign, ad group and ads, each with its status. Impressions, views, clicks and cost are in TikTok Ads Manager, which opens from the campaign; the leads it brings appear in Analytics, under Funnel.

Where are the results?

The structure and status in the campaign inside Campaigns; impressions, views, clicks and cost in TikTok Ads Manager; the leads it brings in Analytics, under Funnel; and a summary in the IQ chat if you ask "How's my month?".

What do I do from the dashboard?

Open the campaign in Campaigns: once deployed, the detail shows the structure created on TikTok (campaign, ad group and ads with their status). Use "Open in TikTok Ads Manager" to see impressions, views, clicks and cost per result.

What is not available yet?

Adding creatives, optimizing with proposals and retargeting exist today for Meta and Google; on TikTok, if a campaign underperforms, the option is to create a new one from the chat.

Where is it in the dashboard?

Steps

  1. Open the campaign. In Campaigns, click the active TikTok campaign.
  2. Compare in Analytics. Open Analytics to see every channel together.
  3. Ask the chat. Type "How's my month?" in the IQ chat.
