What is "Pause or resume a campaign" in CustomIQ?

It is an IQ chat action that pauses or resumes one of your brand's published campaigns on Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn. While paused, the campaign does not spend.

How do I ask for it in the chat?

Type "Pause the campaign Verano." or "Resume my TikTok campaign." in the IQ Chat. If you name the ad set ("Pause the Madrid ad set of the campaign Verano."), the chat goes straight to the confirmation. Before you confirm, the card shows what changes; answer "no" and nothing is touched.

What do I do from the dashboard?

Each campaign's status is in Campaigns. Google Ads is paused on the platform itself.

What do I need first?

A published campaign and the ad account connected. If the connection has expired, the chat asks you to reconnect it in Integrations.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. Pausing and resuming do not use credits.

Choose what to change. If you have several campaigns, the chat asks which one. On Meta it also asks whether you mean the whole campaign or one ad set.
Confirm. The card shows what will change; nothing changes until you tap "Yes" or answer "yes".
