The Campaigns page: what it shows and what you can do
Updated 2026-10-12
In CustomIQ the Campaigns page is the list of all your paid and SEO campaigns: for each one you see its status and open it to review creatives, approve the budget, deploy and check results. Campaigns are created from the IQ chat; the Campaigns page is where you review and approve them afterwards.

What is the Campaigns page?
It is the table of all your campaigns: paid (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn) and SEO. Each row shows the channel and segment, the daily budget for paid campaigns and a status: Researching, To review, Budget pending, Generating creatives, Ready to launch, Launching, Active, Paused on the platform, Paused, Failed or Removed. Click the status to go straight to what is missing. The campaign cards in the chat use the same statuses. Above it sits a strip with four tabs: Campaigns, Sequences, Optimization proposals and Daily digest.
What do I do from the dashboard?
Review, approve and follow. In a campaign's detail you review the creatives (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) or the keywords and ads (Google), approve the budget and deploy. Once it is active you see its results and the optimization proposals CustomIQ generates.
How are campaigns created if there is no create button?
In the chat. Type "Create an ad campaign on Meta." (or Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok) in the IQ chat; the agent collects goal, audience and budget, generates the creatives and leaves them in Campaigns for your review.
Where do I see results?
In the campaign itself and in Analytics, which aggregates results across every connected channel.
Where is it in the dashboard?
Steps
- Open Campaigns. Go to the Campaigns page from the side menu.
- Pick a campaign. Click the campaign to open its detail, or click its status to go straight to what is missing.
- Act on the status. Review, approve the budget or deploy, depending on what the campaign asks for.
- Check results. Once active, review its metrics in the campaign itself and in Analytics.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I create a campaign from the Campaigns page?
- No. Campaigns are created in the chat; the Campaigns page is for reviewing, approving, deploying and following results.
- Which tabs does Campaigns have?
- Campaigns, Sequences, Optimization proposals and Daily digest.
- Why does a campaign show as removed?
- CustomIQ syncs status with Meta and Google periodically; if you paused or deleted it there, it is marked as removed here.
- What happens if I click a campaign's status?
- It takes you to the step that needs your action (keywords or creatives to review, budget to approve, launch). If the campaign is already deployed, it opens its dashboard.
- Why does my campaign show "Paused on the platform"?
- Because Meta or Google Ads report that it is not running. Campaigns are created paused; activate it in Ads Manager or Google Ads and CustomIQ picks it up within a few hours. Plain "Paused" is the pause you set in CustomIQ.
- What is the amount shown on each row?
- For paid campaigns it is the daily budget (per day, in your ad account's currency), the approved one or, until you approve it, the recommended one.
