Organic content for Facebook

In CustomIQ organic content for Facebook is not available yet: the IQ chat launcher shows it as coming soon and it cannot be picked as a channel. In the meantime you can create organic images, videos and carousels for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn from the chat or from the Studio generators.

Is organic content for Facebook available?

Not yet. In the IQ chat launcher, under "Create organic content", Facebook is shown as coming soon and cannot be selected as a channel.

What can I do in the chat meanwhile?

Create the same piece for Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn with the usual guided-process phrases, for example "Create an organic image for Instagram.". The piece is stored in Posts.

What do I do from the dashboard?

From Posts you can download any generated image or video and publish it on Facebook yourself until the channel goes live.

What about ads on Facebook?

Those are available: they are managed as Meta Ads campaigns, which cover Facebook and Instagram. See the Meta campaigns article.

Steps

  1. Check the channel. In IQ chat tap "Create organic content" and see whether Facebook is still marked as coming soon.
  2. Use another channel meanwhile. Pick Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn for the same piece.
  3. Check Posts. When Facebook goes live, its pieces will appear in Posts like the others.

Frequently asked questions

Can I publish the videos I already have to Facebook?
Not from CustomIQ yet. Videos and images can be downloaded from Posts and uploaded to Facebook by hand.
Are Facebook ads also pending?
No. Ads on Facebook and Instagram are created with Meta Ads campaigns, which are available.
