The CustomIQ SEO audit reviews your commercial site and your blog as an automatic step of the SEO campaign, which is not available yet in the IQ chat. Once the campaign is on, the audit starts by itself after you say what to position and the segment, runs without you, and the IQ chat notifies you when it finishes.
What is the CustomIQ SEO audit?
It is the automatic step of the SEO campaign that reviews your commercial site and your blog before proposing keywords and content. Because the SEO campaign is not available yet, the audit cannot be requested today either.
How will I request it in the chat?
It is not requested separately: it is part of the SEO campaign's guided process in the IQ chat. After you answer what to position and the segment, the audit starts on its own and runs without you; the IQ chat notifies you when it is done.
What will I see from the dashboard?
The SEO campaign will appear in Campaigns with its status. The audit result and the next steps (keywords, plan, review, implementation) are shown in the IQ chat.
What do I need first?
A commercial site or a blog to audit: a blog hosted on CustomIQ or a WordPress connection if you want to work the blog.
What happens if I run the audit again with a plan under way?
The campaign is measured again: a new GEO score, new findings and new keywords if there are any. Nothing else moves: the keywords and questions you approved, the plan and the campaign's status stay as they were, and the previous audit is kept for comparison. New keywords appear as pending in the Keywords step; if you approve them, they go into the next block of the plan.
What does it cost?
It will be shown in the IQ chat before it runs, like any paid step of a guided process.
Steps
- Open the SEO campaign. Once available, request the SEO campaign in the IQ chat and say what to position and the segment.
- Wait for it to finish. The site and blog audit runs without you; you can close the IQ chat.
- Read the chat notice. The IQ chat notifies you when it finishes and shows a summary of what it found.
- Continue with the plan. From the result, the IQ chat proposes keywords and a content plan for your review.

- Can I request only the audit without the SEO campaign?
- No. The audit is a step of the SEO campaign and does not exist as a standalone process in the IQ chat or the dashboard.
- What exactly is audited?
- The commercial site and the blog you choose to position; the result feeds the keywords and the content plan.
- Does the audit cost anything?
- The IQ chat will show the cost before running it once the SEO campaign is available.
- If I run the audit again when I already have a plan, do I lose the plan?
- No. With a plan under way, "Run audit again" measures the site and the blog again and proposes new keywords, but the approved keywords, the questions, the plan and the campaign's status do not change. New keywords stay pending for your review and go into the next block of the plan if you approve them.
