SEO campaign in CustomIQ

Updated 2026-10-06

In CustomIQ the SEO campaign is not available yet: the IQ chat launcher shows it as "Available very soon". Once it is on, the IQ chat will ask what to position (commercial site or blog), segment, offer and keywords, audit the site and the blog without you, propose a content plan and implement it after your review.

What is the CustomIQ SEO campaign?

It is the guided process that positions your commercial site and your blog on Google and in AI assistants. Today it is marked "Available very soon" in the IQ chat launcher: it cannot be requested yet.

How will I request it in the chat once available?

The IQ chat will open a guided process with these steps: what to position (commercial site, blog or both), which segment, which product or service (optional), keywords (optional) and customer questions (optional). It will then audit the site and the blog without you and notify you in the chat.

With the audit done, it will propose the keywords and the content plan. You review it and, on approval, implementation starts.

What will I do from the dashboard?

The campaign will appear in Campaigns next to the others, with its status and its content pieces. Reviewing keywords and the plan happens inside the IQ chat itself.

What do I need first?

A complete brand profile, a defined segment and, if you want to work the blog, a blog hosted on CustomIQ or a WordPress connection.

What does it cost?

The cost will be shown in the IQ chat before each step that spends credits, such as the audit and content production. Until the campaign is available there is no charge attached.

A page that was created but failed to publish is not charged twice: once you fix the cause (for example, a WordPress role that cannot create pages), "Regenerar" on the failed row publishes that same page again for free. "Regenerar" on a page that is already created or published builds a new page and is charged like a new one.

Steps

  1. Wait for activation. Watch the IQ chat launcher; the "SEO campaign" card will stop saying "Available very soon" when it opens.
  2. Choose what to position. Once active, the IQ chat asks whether you position your commercial site, your blog or both.
  3. Answer segment and offer. Give the segment and, optionally, the product or service, keywords and customer questions.
  4. Let the audit run. The site and blog audit runs unattended; the IQ chat notifies you when it finishes.
  5. Review the plan. Approve or correct the keywords and the content plan before implementation starts.

Frequently asked questions

Can I request an SEO campaign in the IQ chat today?
Not yet. The launcher's "SEO campaign" card shows "Available very soon" and the IQ chat does not open the process.
What will the SEO campaign include once available?
An audit of your site and blog, keywords, customer questions, a content plan and its implementation after your review.
Do I need a blog for the SEO campaign?
Not strictly, but the process can position your commercial site, your blog or both, so a blog widens what can be worked on.
If a page fails to publish, will I pay for it again?
No. If the page was already created and only publishing failed (for example, your WordPress user cannot create pages), "Regenerar" on that row publishes the same page again at no cost. You only pay again if the page itself could not be created.
If an action fails, does the campaign stop being active?
No. A campaign with published pages or articles stays active even if a new batch fails or ends up as drafts; the failed action stays in the plan with the reason it failed and can be run again from there.
