What is the GA4 connection?

It is the authorization that lets CustomIQ read your site's Google Analytics 4 property and show its visits and conversions in Analytics, next to what it already knows about your campaigns.

What do I do from the dashboard?

Open Connections, enter the Google card and sign in with the account that has access to your Google Analytics. Choose the GA4 account and property that belongs to your site and accept the permissions. Then open Analytics to see the data.

Can I connect it in the chat?

The "Connect an account" card in the IQ chat launcher opens the same connections dialog; the account and property choice happens there.

What do I need first?

A GA4 property created for your site and a Google account with access to it.

Open Connections. Go to Connections and enter the Google card.
Sign in to Google. Use the Google account with access to your site's Google Analytics property.
