Use a custom domain on a landing

Updated 2026-10-13

In CustomIQ a landing can be published under your own domain: add the domain in Settings, Integrations, Custom Domains, copy the DNS records it shows to your provider and verify it; then pick it in the landing's Custom Domain field. The landing is served from your domain and CustomIQ notifies search engines of the new address.

What does a custom domain allow?

The landing CustomIQ publishes on its subdomain is also served from a domain or subdomain of yours, with the same content and edits. The domain is added once in Settings and then chosen on each landing in Landings.

How do I set it up from the dashboard?

In Settings, Integrations, under Custom Domains, choose "I have my own domain", type your domain and press Add Domain. Copy the DNS records shown into your domain provider's panel and press Verify once they propagate. Then open the landing in Landings and pick the domain in its Custom Domain field: the landing responds from your domain and the new URL is notified to search engines. If no domain is set up yet, the field links to Settings.

Can I do it in the chat?

Domain setup happens in Settings and on the landing's page, not in the chat. In the chat you can ask for the landing to be published on your WordPress if you prefer that option.

What do I need first?

Access to your domain provider's DNS panel and an already published landing.

Steps

  1. Add the domain. In Settings, Integrations, Custom Domains choose "I have my own domain", type the domain or subdomain (for example offers.yourbrand.com) and press Add Domain.
  2. Add the DNS records. Copy the records CustomIQ shows into the DNS panel of your domain provider.
  3. Verify. Once DNS propagates, press Verify; the domain turns Verified.
  4. Pick it on the landing. In Landings open the landing and choose the domain in its Custom Domain field.

Frequently asked questions

How long until the domain works?
It depends on your provider's DNS propagation; usually minutes to a few hours.
What if I would rather publish it inside my WordPress?
Publish the landing to your connected WordPress and it will sit under your site's domain with no DNS setup.
