What is Analytics in CustomIQ?

It is the page with the results of your paid campaigns, your site's data if you connected GA4 and the AI Visibility tab for SEO campaigns. Each channel has its tab and a date filter.

How do I ask for it in the chat?

Type "How's my month?" in the IQ chat. It returns a short summary: which channels are working, which are not and what to adjust. It is the quick read; for details use Analytics.

What do I do from the dashboard?

Open Analytics, choose the tab of the channel or campaign and adjust the period. From there you also reach the learnings and the optimization proposals.

What do I need first?

At least one deployed campaign or a GA4 connection; without data the tabs appear empty.

What does it cost?

Checking Analytics does not spend credits. The IQ chat summary is a normal chat request.

Steps

  1. Open Analytics. Go to Analytics and choose the tab of the channel or campaign you want to review.
  2. Filter the period. Adjust the date range; the AI Visibility tab is the only one without a date filter.
  3. Ask for the summary in the chat. Type "How's my month?" in the IQ chat for a short read with what to adjust.
  4. Act on the proposals. If the IQ chat or Campaigns propose changes, review them in Optimization proposals.
