How to build your brand guide from your website in seconds with CustomIQ
1:17 · Published 2026-10-19
In CustomIQ every brand has a profile with its name, website, logo, colours and a written Brand and Design Guide (essence, voice and tone, visual identity, value propositions, audience, do and don't). The initial assistant creates it from your website; you edit it in Brand profiles and every agent uses it when generating content.

0:00Introduction
In this tutorial you'll create your brand guide in seconds, straight from your website. Your brands live in Settings, Brand Profiles. Every piece of content CustomIQ makes follows one of them. Press New Brand Profile.
0:18Extract from your website
Paste your website address. And press Extract.
0:27Review the guide
CustomIQ reads the site and fills in the brand name and tagline. Your tone of voice. Your colours and fonts. And the brand guidelines, how you talk and what you avoid, plus your value propositions. Check each field and adjust anything that isn't quite right. Then press Create Profile. As this is a demo, we cancel. Once it's saved, edit it to add your logo, your sector, and settings like the brand face and visual mode.
Every campaign, post and landing will follow it.
