See the results of a LinkedIn Ads campaign

Updated 2026-10-19

In CustomIQ you see a LinkedIn campaign's results by opening it in Campaigns: its page shows spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, leads and cost per lead for the last 7 or 30 days, who fills in the form by job function and seniority, the structure of campaigns and ads with LinkedIn's review, and optimization.

Where are the results?

In Campaigns: open the LinkedIn campaign and you will see its results read directly from LinkedIn. You can pick the last 7 days, the last 30 or all time.

Which metrics does it show?

Spend, impressions, clicks and CTR, and the result of the campaign's objective with its cost: leads and cost per lead on a lead generation campaign, with the form submit rate. On other objectives you will see conversions, video views or clicks.

Who fills in the form?

A block splits leads by job function (sales, marketing, finance…) and by seniority. It is approximate: LinkedIn takes 12 to 24 hours and hides groups of fewer than 3 people.

What if LinkedIn rejects an ad?

CustomIQ checks the review status of every ad. If LinkedIn rejects one, the page marks it with the reason and lets you know. The other ads stay active; create another creative with a different angle.

Can I optimize it from here?

Yes. The Optimization section analyses the campaign and proposes changes when it is active and has data; you pick which ones are applied.

Where is it in the dashboard?

Steps

  1. Open the campaign. In Campaigns, click the active LinkedIn campaign.
  2. Pick the period. Switch between 7 days, 30 days or all time to see spend, clicks, leads and cost per lead.
  3. See who responds. The "Who fills in the form" block splits leads by job function and seniority.
  4. Check the ads. The structure lists each campaign and ad with its status and LinkedIn's review.

Frequently asked questions

How often is the data updated?
The figures are read from LinkedIn when you open the campaign. The first data shows up a few hours after you activate it, and the split by job function and seniority takes 12 to 24 hours.
Why can't I see who fills in the form?
LinkedIn only gives that split when there are enough leads and hides groups of fewer than 3 people, so on a new campaign the block is empty.
What happens if LinkedIn rejects an ad?
You will see it marked as rejected, with the reason LinkedIn gives. A rejected ad is not shown; the other ads keep running. Create another creative with a different angle.
Can I pause or activate the campaign from here?
Yes. The structure's buttons activate or pause the campaign on LinkedIn after asking you to confirm, and "Open in Campaign Manager" takes you to LinkedIn.
