What is "Social content from an article or a landing" in CustomIQ?
It is an IQ chat action that turns one of your articles or landings into posts for your connected accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business and LinkedIn). The pieces show up in the chat and in Posts. You can also do it with "Publish to social" from the page itself.
How do I do it in the chat?
Type "Make social content from my latest article." in the IQ chat. The chat opens the guided process "Social content from an article or a landing" with four steps: Article or landing, Content, Channels and Confirm. Nothing is created or charged until you confirm.
It takes your latest article (or lists them, or uses the landing you name) and asks "Should I make an image or a video? (1) Image · (2) Video". Then it proposes every connected account, for example "I'd post it on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business and LinkedIn. All of them, or drop one?", and asks whether LinkedIn and Google Business go with an image or text only.
What do I see before confirming?
A card titled "You're about to create an image for your social accounts" with the article, the accounts and the price, for example "The 2 images cost 200 credits, charged when you confirm and refunded if it fails." Answer "yes" to create the posts; if you answer "no", the chat replies "OK, I won't create or charge anything."
Steps
- Ask for it. Type "Make social content from my latest article." in the IQ chat, or name the landing you want to use.
- Article or landing. The chat picks your latest article; if you didn't say which, it lists them so you can choose.
- Image or video. It asks "Should I make an image or a video? (1) Image · (2) Video".
- Choose the accounts. It proposes every connected account; answer "all" or drop one, e.g. "not Facebook". For LinkedIn and Google Business it asks image or text only.
- Confirm. The confirmation card shows the article, the accounts and the price; answer "yes" to create it or "no" to stop.
Frequently asked questions
- How much does it cost?
- Each image is charged when you confirm and refunded if it fails; for example, 2 images cost 200 credits. A video is charged when it renders.
- What if I answer "no"?
- The chat replies "OK, I won't create or charge anything." and nothing is created.
- Where do the posts show up?
- In the same chat conversation and in the Calendar. If the page isn't published yet, they stay as drafts.
- What if I already made social content from that article?
- The chat tells you what already exists and asks for a second "yes" before creating and charging another set.
- Can I use an SEO landing with no campaign?
- No. The page has to be linked to a campaign or an audience; the chat will ask you for another one.
- Can I still do it from the page?
- Yes. Open the article or the landing and click "Publish to social"; you choose image or video and the accounts there too.
