In CustomIQ blog articles are created in two ways: in the IQ chat, when the marketing plan includes blog or SEO and the agent writes and schedules them, or from the Studio Article generator, where you choose the topic and keywords and generate right away. Articles are managed in Blogs and published on your hosted blog or on WordPress.

What are blog articles in CustomIQ?
Long-form articles with an SEO structure that the agent writes for your CustomIQ-hosted blog or your WordPress, meant to rank on Google and be cited by AI assistants. They are managed in Blogs.
How do I create them in the chat?
Ask for a marketing plan in the IQ chat that includes blog or SEO: the agent proposes the month's articles, writes them and schedules them. When the plan needs a destination, the chat offers to host the blog on CustomIQ or to connect your WordPress.
What do I do from the dashboard?
Open the Article generator, give the topic, segment and keywords, and generate. The article appears in Blogs, where you edit, publish or schedule it.
How do I publish and update?
From the article page you publish to the hosted blog or to WordPress. If you edit an already published article, "Update on WordPress" syncs it into the same post, without duplicating it.
What does it cost?
Each article is deducted from your credits when generated. A CustomIQ-hosted blog costs 500 credits at creation plus a monthly charge; publishing to your own WordPress has no extra cost.
How do I follow the goal from Campaigns?
If the article belongs to a Content Marketing goal, its detail in Campaigns lists the articles with their status and link, shows the editorial strategy (pillars, planned articles, internal linking) and lets you republish a failed article for free. Editing still happens under Blogs.
Steps
- Choose the path. In the chat, by asking for a marketing plan with a blog; or directly, from the Article generator.
- Set topic and keywords. In the generator give the topic, the segment and the keywords you want to rank for.
- Generate and review. The agent writes the article with an SEO structure; review and edit it in Blogs.
- Publish or schedule. Publish on your hosted blog or on WordPress, or schedule the publication date.
- Update if you change something. After editing an already published article, use "Update on WordPress" to sync it.

- Are the articles optimized for SEO and for AI assistants?
- Yes. They are written with an SEO structure, structured data and FAQs so Google and AI assistants cite them.
- Can I edit an article after generating it?
- Yes. From Blogs you open the article and edit it with natural-language instructions or directly; if it was already published, you update it in place.
- Are social posts created from the article?
- Yes. From the article page you generate an image, carousel or video for social media, scheduled once the article is live.
- Can I republish a failed article from Campaigns?
- Yes. In the goal's detail, Content tab, the failed article shows the reason and "Republish", for free: it is published again with the same content.
