Create a landing page

Updated 2026-10-10

In CustomIQ a landing is created in two ways: in the IQ chat, when the plan includes a landing and the agent designs it with your brand and your offer, or from the Studio Landing generator. Landings are edited in natural language from Landings and published on a CustomIQ subdomain or on WordPress.

What is a landing in CustomIQ?

A conversion page with your brand, your offer and a form that collects leads into your segment. It is managed from Landings and serves as the destination for ads and content.

How do I create it in the chat?

Ask the IQ chat for a marketing plan that includes a landing: the agent designs it from your brand profile and your offer and leaves it ready for review. If the plan publishes on your site, the chat will ask you to connect WordPress at the integration step.

What do I do from the dashboard?

Open the Landing generator, describe the page and generate. Then, in Landings, you edit it by asking for changes in natural language, see versions, clone it, publish it or schedule it.

Where is it published?

On your CustomIQ landings subdomain, with a custom domain if you set one up, or on your connected WordPress as one more page of your site.

What does it cost?

Generating the landing is deducted from your credits; the amount is shown before generating. Publishing and editing have no extra cost.

How do I follow the goal from Campaigns?

When the landing comes from a goal, its detail in Campaigns lists the goal's landings with their status (draft, scheduled, published) and link, shows the strategy they were designed from and lets you pause or resume the goal. Editing still happens under Landings.

Steps

  1. Choose the path. In the chat, by asking for a plan with a landing; or directly, from the Landing generator.
  2. Describe the page. Give offer, segment and goal; the agent writes sections, form and calls to action.
  3. Review and edit. Open the landing in Landings and ask for changes in natural language or edit it directly.
  4. Publish. Publish on your CustomIQ subdomain or on your connected WordPress; you can also schedule the date.
  5. Wire the form. Forms send leads to the landing's segment; set up the lead alerts.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change a landing's text or images afterwards?
Yes. From Landings you write what you want changed and the agent applies the edit; every version is kept.
Where is the landing published?
On your CustomIQ landings subdomain or, if WordPress is connected, as a page on your site. You can use a custom domain.
Do they work for ad campaigns?
Yes. When a campaign has a landing, the ads link to it before any other URL.
Can I add the landing to my WordPress menu?
Yes. When publishing to WordPress, "Menu placement" puts it in the menu you choose, including under a custom item.
Where do I see the landings a goal has created?
In Campaigns, open the landing goal: the Content tab lists its landings with status and link, and Strategy shows the strategy they were designed from.
