Post on your Google listing from the IQ chat

In CustomIQ, posting on your Google listing from the IQ chat is not available yet; today you do it with "Publish to social" or from the Calendar. When it is, you will say "Post on Google Business: we open Saturday from 10 to 2", see the text, the button and the time, and it only goes out on "yes".
What is "Post on your Google listing" in CustomIQ?
It is an IQ chat action that posts a text on your brand's Google Business Profile: news, opening hours, an offer. It is not available in the chat yet; today you do it with "Publish to social" or from the Calendar.
How will it work in the chat?
In the IQ Chat you will type "Post on Google Business:" followed by your text, and it is used as written (without hashtags, which Google doesn't link). If you only say what it is about, the chat writes it in your brand's tone and from what your brand is and does (its sector, value proposition and approved facts); if you name an offer it doesn't know, it doesn't make up discounts, prices or dates (in Spanish it uses «tú» unless your brand uses «usted»), and the time you ask for ("tomorrow at 10") is only when it is posted: it is not written into the text. If you say "post" with no time, it goes out now; with a time, at that time, and if it isn't clear it asks when. It shows the text, the "Learn more" button (your brand's website, or the link you give) and the time, and asks "Schedule it?" for a later time or "Publish it?" for now. Nothing goes out until you answer "yes", and before that you can say "change the time to tomorrow at 10".
What do I need?
Your Google listing connected to your brand in Settings → Connections. The post goes out within a minute or so (or at the chosen time) and you see it in the Calendar; if Google rejects it, it shows there.
Steps
- Today, from Publish to social or the Calendar. Post a piece on Google Business with "Publish to social" or schedule it in the Calendar.
- When it is available in the chat. You will type "Post on Google Business:" followed by your text, or ask the chat to write it.
- Pick when. "Post" with no time means now; a day and time, like "tomorrow at 10", posts it then. Later you can say "change the time to …".
- Review and confirm. The chat shows the text, the "Learn more" button and the time; nothing is posted until you answer "yes".

- From the chat only text is posted. For a photo, post an image you already made with "post the image on Google Business".
- Can I move or cancel it later?
- Yes. It stays in the Calendar and you can ask the chat to move or cancel it before it goes out.
