In the CustomIQ IQ chat you can create a marketing plan, create ad campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn or TikTok, create organic content (image, video or carousel) for Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn, add creatives, optimize campaigns, run retargeting, see how your month is going and connect accounts. Every action shows its cost first.

What can I ask the CustomIQ IQ chat?
In the IQ chat the home screen groups the actions into four blocks. Create: a multichannel marketing plan, an ad campaign (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok) or organic content (image, video or carousel for Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn). Grow: add a creative to a Meta or Google campaign, optimize a campaign, retargeting and see how your month is going. Connect: connect an account. Content: Blog, Landing, Email and Document, which open the studio generators.
How do I ask in the chat?
Press the action or type the phrase. For example "Help me create a multichannel marketing plan for this quarter." starts a plan, and "How's my month?" gives you the results summary. If you type in your own words, the chat understands it just the same and asks for anything missing. Inside every process you can say "back", "change the product" or "cancel".
What is not available yet?
The SEO campaign by chat is in preparation and shows as "Available very soon". Creating a Google Business listing by chat is not available yet; an existing listing is connected in General settings. Organic content for Facebook is coming soon. Add creative and Optimize campaign require a Meta or Google campaign already published.
What do I do from the dashboard?
Everything the chat creates lives in the dashboard: campaigns in Campaigns, content in the studio and the calendar, results in Analytics. Paid campaigns are created only in the chat; the dashboard is for reviewing, approving and deploying.
What does it cost?
Every action shows its credit cost before running. Asking questions, seeing results and connecting accounts cost nothing.
Steps
- Open the IQ chat. Go to the IQ chat; the home screen shows the available actions in groups.
- Pick an action or type. Press an action in the menu or type what you want in your own words.
- Answer the questions. The chat asks only for what it is missing (campaign, product, format, budget).
- Confirm. Review the cost and confirm; nothing is generated or published without your approval.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I type in my own words or do I have to use the menu?
- Both. The menu sends prepared phrases; typing in your own words works the same and the chat asks for anything missing.
- What can the chat not do yet?
- The SEO campaign by chat is in preparation and creating a Google Business listing by chat is not available yet (connecting an existing one is, in General settings); organic content for Facebook is coming soon.
- Does the chat create landings, blogs or emails?
- Inside a plan yes; for a single piece, the Blog, Landing, Email and Document actions open the studio generators.
