Where do I create AI images?

In Studio · Images. The Create tab is the step-by-step assistant and the Gallery tab holds all your images. If you'd rather have the AI propose, open AI image suggestions.

How do I create an image step by step?

  1. Content: channel, content type, campaign, composition (influencer, model or product only) and the idea.
  2. Person: pick a talent or digital twin. You see whether it's yours (no cost), its price per image and whether it needs approval.
  3. Review: summary and full cost with your balance before and after.

The button always says what's missing. When you confirm "Generate image" you're charged and the image appears in Recent, which updates on its own.

How much does it cost and what if it fails?

The exact cost shows before you confirm: generation plus the talent, if it isn't yours. If the generation fails or the generator doesn't answer within 15 minutes, the image shows as "Failed" and we refund the credits automatically. Retry generates it again with a new charge.

What can I do from the Gallery?

Search by idea or post text and filter by platform, campaign and status (Ready, In progress, Pending approval, Published, Failed, Rejected). From each image you can:

  • Publish to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook or Google Business Profile, now or scheduled (Madrid time), with the text adapted to each network.
  • Edit with AI and go back to an earlier version.
  • Create a Reel with music, add your logo (free), download or delete.

Every paid action shows its price before you press it.

And in the chat?

In the IQ chat type "Create an organic image for Instagram.". The guided process asks for scope and platform and shows a summary; when you confirm, it's generated and charged.

What do I need first?

A complete brand profile and a campaign for the channel. For a person to appear, a talent or digital twin set up in Talents.

Steps

  1. Open Images → Create. Choose the channel (Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn), the type (product, service or place), the campaign and the composition.
  2. Describe the idea. Between 15 and 600 characters. The format follows the channel (4:5 on Instagram, 9:16 on TikTok, 1:1 on LinkedIn).
  3. Pick a person if you want. An influencer or model from Talents, or your digital twin; with "Product only" you don't need one.
  4. Check the cost and confirm. You see the breakdown and your balance before paying; if you're short, you top up without losing what you filled in.
  5. Follow the status in Recent. It goes from Queued to Generating to Ready; it usually takes 1 to 3 minutes.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if the image isn't generated?
It shows as "Failed" in the gallery and we refund the credits automatically. Press Retry to generate it again; only that attempt is charged.
Why is my image "Pending approval"?
It uses someone else's talent. Its owner has to approve it before you can publish it; if they reject it, we refund the credits.
What's the difference between Create and the AI suggestions?
In Create you decide every step. In AI image suggestions, the AI reviews your campaign and proposes ideas ready to generate.
Can I edit an image?
Yes. In the gallery open the image → Edit with AI, write the change and apply it. Each edit is saved as a new version and you can restore an earlier one.
Do the images carry my brand?
Yes. They use the brand profile (colors, tone, offer) and you can add your logo for free from the image menu.
Can I use them in ads?
Yes, as a creative in a Meta campaign; ask the chat "Add an image creative to my Meta campaign.".
