Create a new Google Business listing from the IQ chat

In CustomIQ creating a new Google Business listing from the IQ chat is not available yet: the "Create Google Business listing" card shows as disabled. If you already have a listing, connect it in General settings to manage reviews and posts. Once active, the IQ chat will ask for name, address, phone, website and category.
What is creating the listing from the IQ chat?
It is a guided IQ Chat process that will create and verify a new Google Business listing. It is not available today: the launcher card shows as disabled. Connecting a listing that already exists does work, from General settings.
How will I request it by chat once available?
The IQ chat will open a guided process that asks for the business name, address, phone, website and what you do, suggests the category, asks you to confirm the details and to choose the verification method (for example email or postcard PIN).
What do I need first?
The real business details and access to the Google account that will own the listing.
How much does it cost?
The IQ chat will show the cost of each step once the process is available. There is no charge today.
Steps
- If you have a listing, connect it. Go to General settings, Integrations tab, and link your existing listing.
- If you don't, create it on Google. While the chat process is not active, create the listing at business.google.com and connect it afterwards.
- Have the business details ready. Name, address, phone, website and what you do; the IQ chat will ask for them once it is active.
