Instagram does not publish or asks for permissions

In CustomIQ Instagram publishes through the Meta connection, which needs a professional Instagram account linked to a Facebook Page and every permission granted. If a post fails because of permissions, click "Connect Instagram + Facebook" in Connections, choose "Edit settings" in the Facebook window and tick the account and the Page again; then repeat the post.

Why does an Instagram post fail?
Because the Meta connection does not have every permission, the Instagram account is not professional or it is not linked to a Facebook Page. CustomIQ publishes on Instagram only through that connection.
What do I do from the dashboard?
Open Connections and, under Instagram, click "Connect Instagram + Facebook". In the Facebook window choose "Edit settings", tick the Instagram account and the linked Facebook Page again and grant every permission. Then go back to the Calendar and repeat the post that failed.
How do I do it in the chat?
The "Connect an account" card in the IQ chat launcher opens the same connections dialog; the permission fix is done there just like from Connections.

Steps
- Check the account type. The Instagram account must be professional (business or creator) and linked to a Facebook Page.
- Reconnect from Connections. In Connections, under Instagram, click "Connect Instagram + Facebook" and, in the Facebook window, choose "Edit settings" instead of keeping the saved selection.
- Tick the account and the Page. Select the Instagram account and the linked Page and grant every permission shown.
- Repeat the post. Go back to the Calendar or the post that failed and schedule or publish it again.

- Meta reuses the saved configuration; if a permission was missing, you must enter "Edit settings" to add it.
