Scheduled posts calendar
Updated 2026-10-11
The CustomIQ Calendar shows every scheduled post (images, videos, emails and articles) of your active Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Email and Blog campaigns. When you approve a plan with organic content, the posts are scheduled automatically; in Calendar you see them, filter by type or campaign and move their dates.

What is the CustomIQ Calendar?
It is the date view of everything CustomIQ has scheduled to publish: images, videos, emails and blog articles, grouped by campaign (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads SEM, Instagram, TikTok, Email, Blog). It also shows your active campaigns with their start and end dates.
How does content reach the calendar from the chat?
When you approve a plan with organic content, or generate a piece with the IQ chat and schedule it, the post is scheduled automatically and appears in the Calendar. Creatives made from an article or a landing are scheduled once the article is published or has a date.
What do I do from the dashboard?
In Calendar you filter by type (all, images, videos, emails), by campaign type or by a specific campaign, open each post to see its content and destination account, and change its date or time whenever you need.
What do I need first?
Having your networks connected in Connections (Instagram Business, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) so scheduled posts publish on their own.
What does it cost?
Viewing and rescheduling posts does not consume credits.
Steps
- Open Calendar. Go to Calendar to see the scheduled posts by day.
- Filter. Filter by type (images, videos, emails) or by campaign to see only what you need.
- Review a post. Click a post to see its content, the account it will be published to and its status.
- Move the date if needed. Change the post's date or time from its detail; the schedule is updated.
Frequently asked questions
- Does the calendar publish on its own?
- Yes. Approved and scheduled posts are published at their time on the connected network; you do not have to watch it.
- What if a post was not published?
- Check in Connections that the account is still connected; an expired connection is the usual cause.
