CustomIQ shows a short guided tour the first time you sign in: the chat, the switch to the dashboard, your credits and your account. In the dashboard a second tour covers the sidebar. The first time you open a feature, a small card offers its video tutorial and guide. You can replay the tour from Help.

What does the guided tour show?
The first time you sign in, before the setup assistant, a one-minute tour highlights the IQ chat, the switch to the dashboard, your credits and your account menu. Its last step offers the setup video and opens the assistant. The first time you enter the dashboard, a second tour walks the sidebar: Home, Campaigns, Studio, Inbox, Analytics, Calendar, Connections and Help.
How do I replay it from the dashboard?
Open Help and press Take the tour, or use the same button on Home. The tour runs again from the start; you can skip it at any step.
What are the video tips?
The first time you open a feature, such as Landings, Sequences or AI videos, a small card appears in the bottom-right corner with its video tutorial and a link to the full guide. It also appears in the chat the first time a process starts there. Press Watch to play the video without leaving the page, Got it to close it, or Don't show tips to turn all of them off.
How do I turn the tips back on?
In Help switch on Show video tips. Every video is also listed under Video tutorials on the same page.
What does it cost?
Nothing. The tour, the tips and the videos are free and use no credits.
Steps
- Follow the first tour. On your first sign-in the tour highlights the chat, the dashboard switch, your credits and your account; press Next, or close it to skip.
- Watch the setup video. The last step offers the setup video; press Start setup to open the three-step assistant.
- Use the video tips. The first time you open a feature, a card in the bottom-right corner offers its video and guide.
- Replay or turn tips back on. In Help press Take the tour, or switch Show video tips back on.
Frequently asked questions
- Does the tour change anything in my account?
- No. It only highlights parts of the screen; it never creates, publishes or charges anything.
- Will I see the same tip twice?
- No. Each feature tip appears once; Got it or Don't show tips hides it for good, on every device.
- Are the videos in Spanish too?
- Yes. The tour, the tips and the videos follow the language of your account, English or Spanish.
