CustomIQ is an AI marketing team: you tell the IQ chat who you sell to and what you offer, it researches your market, designs a strategy, creates ads, images, landings and posts, and deploys campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn. You work by chatting in the IQ chat or with full control from the dashboard.

0:00Introduction
Every ad, post, landing and email CustomIQ creates is built from a few things you set up once. In this tutorial we'll walk through each of them, so you know what to change when you want different results.
0:16Brand profile
It starts with your brand profile. Open it with Edit. Name, tagline, logo and website. The logo and links appear on your landings and emails. Your colors and fonts. Images, landings, documents and emails all use this palette. The brand guidelines are the most important field. Describe your voice, what to say and what to avoid, and your visual style.
Every generator reads it before writing or designing anything. Your value propositions are the arguments the AI leans on in ads and landings. Here you can pin a default talent, the person who appears in your images and videos. And the visual mode decides whether creatives use AI photos or, for text-only brands, typographic designs. We'll close without changes.
1:10Segments and products
Segments describe who you're talking to. Every campaign and every piece of content is written for one segment, and its research shapes the angles and the targeting. Products are what you sell. Ads, landings and emails use their description, price and photos, and an ad links to the product page when its campaign has no landing.
1:41Talents and digital twins
In Talents you choose who appears in your content. It can be an AI model or a real person. A digital twin is an AI replica of a real person, with their face and cloned voice, so you can star in your own videos without filming.
2:01Knowledge base
The knowledge base holds facts about your business, like hours, services and prices. The AI only states facts that are approved here. WhatsApp replies and recommendations use every approved fact. Public review replies only use the facts you mark as public-safe.
2:23Learnings
Learnings are rules the AI follows from now on. Some you write by hand, others it learns from your notes on the calendar and your feedback in the chat. Each rule applies to the content you choose, for example only images, captions or ads.
2:45Landings
Finally, landings. A campaign's ads link to its landing before any other address, and lead forms on the landing feed its segment. Email sequences and social posts can also be built from a landing. That's the full picture. Keep your brand profile, segments, products and knowledge base up to date, and everything CustomIQ creates will sound and look like you.
