How to get an alert for every new lead in CustomIQ

In CustomIQ each segment can have alert recipients: when a landing or a form of that segment receives a lead, those people get an email with the details. In Segments press Edit on the segment, turn on Notify by email under New lead alerts, add the recipients and save; every new lead is then announced.

In this tutorial you'll set up new lead alerts, so the right people hear about every lead the moment it arrives. Alerts are set on each segment. In Segments, edit the segment.
0:15New lead alerts
Scroll down to New lead alerts. They fire for leads from a landing page, a Meta form or the inbox. Contact imports never trigger them. Turn on email alerts, and add who should get them. Each segment can notify different people. You can add several recipients.
0:35WhatsApp alerts
Alerts can also go to WhatsApp. Here WhatsApp isn't connected, so they arrive by email only. With WhatsApp agents, the same recipients also hear when a lead asks for a proposal or accepts it. Save the changes. That's it. Every new lead in this segment now sends an alert, at no credit cost.
