Open Inbox to read and answer, enter Comments to moderate and reply, and use Inbox settings to enable channels and the AI response mode.

In this tutorial you'll see the lead magnet. You promise a document in a post, people comment a keyword, and CustomIQ sends the document to each of them automatically.

This is the comments inbox. Every keyword comment received, with the status of the reply and the message.
0:30Someone comments the keyword
Now the viewer's side. On Instagram we open your post. It asks people to comment a keyword to get the document. They post that comment.
0:52Public reply and private message
Within seconds, CustomIQ spots the keyword and replies publicly under the comment, saying the link is in their messages. And it sends them a private message with the link to the document. Each person gets it once, only if they commented the keyword.
1:24Back in the inbox
Back in CustomIQ, the inbox shows the comment, its keyword and the status of the reply and the message. To review first, messages can wait here as drafts until you approve them. That's the lead magnet. CustomIQ answers the comments and messages on your own posts, so no lead goes unanswered.
