Move or cancel a scheduled post from the IQ chat

In CustomIQ, moving a scheduled post or cancelling it from the IQ chat is not available yet. Today you do it from the Calendar. When it is available, you will say "Move tomorrow's Instagram post to Friday at 10" or "Cancel Thursday's TikTok video", and nothing changes until you answer "yes". It is free.
What is "Move or cancel a post" in CustomIQ?
It is an IQ chat action that moves one of your brand's scheduled posts to a new time or takes it off the calendar. It is not available in the chat yet; today you do it from the Calendar.
How will it work in the chat?
In the IQ chat you will write "Move tomorrow's Instagram post to Friday at 10." or "Cancel Thursday's TikTok video.". If several posts fit, the chat shows the next ones and you pick one; if you don't say the new time, it asks. Nothing changes until you answer "yes".
What doesn't it do?
It doesn't touch a post that is being published, already went out or failed, doesn't move it to a past time or before the page it links to is live, and cancelling doesn't delete the piece. It is free.
Steps
- Today, from the Calendar. Open the post in the Calendar and change its date, or click "Remove" to delete it.
- When it is available in the chat. You will be able to write "Move tomorrow's Instagram post to Friday at 10." or "Cancel Thursday's TikTok video.".
- Choose the post. If several fit, the chat shows the next scheduled ones and you pick the number.
- Confirm. The chat tells you which post and the new time; nothing changes until you answer "yes".
