I cannot see my campaign in Campaigns
Updated 2026-10-12
In CustomIQ a campaign created in the IQ chat appears in Campaigns as soon as it exists, but it may still be generating creatives or waiting for your budget approval. Open Campaigns and check its status; if it is missing, check in the IQ chat whether the process finished and in Connections whether the ad account is connected.

Where should my campaign appear?
In Campaigns, the list of all paid campaigns and their statuses. A campaign created in the IQ chat appears there as soon as the process creates it, even while it is still generating creatives.
What do I do from the dashboard if it does not move forward?
Open the campaign in Campaigns and check its status. If it is generating creatives, wait for the IQ chat notice. If it awaits approval, review the creatives and approve the budget: until then the campaign neither deploys nor spends.
What do I check in the chat?
Go back to the IQ chat conversation where you requested it. If the process was cancelled or left halfway, the campaign was never created; you can request it again.
What if it is a connection problem?
Open Connections and check that the channel's ad account is still connected. An expired connection blocks deployment; reconnect it and return to Campaigns.
What does it cost?
Checking the status does not spend credits.
Steps
- Open Campaigns. Go to Campaigns and look for the campaign by name; check the status column.
- Check whether it is still generating. If the status says creatives are being generated, wait; the IQ chat notifies you when done.
- Approve the budget. If it awaits approval, open the campaign, review the creatives and approve the budget to deploy.
- Go back to the IQ chat. If it does not exist, open the conversation in the IQ chat and check whether the process was cancelled or left halfway.
- Check the connection. In Connections confirm the channel's ad account is still active; reconnect it if it expired.
