What will you learn in this webinar?
"Your brand, your face" is a pre-recorded CustomIQ webinar for new users. It walks through the five things you set up once so that every ad, post, video, email and landing page CustomIQ creates sounds, looks and even smiles like your business:
- Your brand guide, drafted from your website.
- Your guardrails and look: competitors, link policy, logo, visual mode and video look.
- Your rules, in Learnings.
- Your facts, in the Knowledge Base.
- Your face: a digital twin of you, or an AI avatar.
Each part is a short slide introduction followed by the real how-to demo. Every agent reads these settings before it creates anything, but nothing is published until you approve it.
How do you build your brand guide?
The brand guide is the document every CustomIQ agent reads first: your tone of voice, colours and fonts, what you say and what you avoid, and your value propositions. You don't have to write it. In Brand Profiles, press New Brand Profile, paste your website and press Extract; CustomIQ fills in the brand name, tagline, tone, colours, fonts and guidelines. Review each field and press Create Profile. If your site has little text, complete the guide by hand. If you run several brands, each one gets its own profile. Full guide: Brand profiles and the brand guide.
How do you set your guardrails and look?
Further down the same brand profile:
- Competitors: up to five Instagram or TikTok accounts; CustomIQ analyses their recent posts to choose better topics for your organic content.
- Link policy: allow everything except a block list, or only allow the websites you list. Links to blocked domains are removed from captions, replies, articles and emails.
- Logo on creatives: your logo on every image, the first slide of carousels and every video scene.
- Visual mode: Photo (AI photography), Photo + brand text (an AI photo with your headline, website and logo set on it) or Typographic (text cards only, no photos or people).
- Video look: your visual personality in videos, with client logos for social proof and up to five reference ads whose editing style the AI learns, never their content.
Press Update Profile to save. Full guide: Brand guide settings.
How do you add rules in Learnings?
Learnings is your brand's rulebook: DO and AVOID rules every generator follows. Most rules are learned: a note on a calendar card or feedback in the IQ chat becomes a rule. To write one yourself, press Add rule, choose what it applies to (for example only ads), keep DO or switch to AVOID, and write one clear sentence. It is active straight away. Retire a rule when it stops making sense; nothing is deleted, and Show retired lets you reactivate it. Your rules win over the video look. Full guide: Learnings.
How do you give the AI your facts?
The Knowledge Base stores the facts the AI is allowed to say about your business, per brand, so it never makes up prices, hours or policies. Press Add fact, choose a category, write the fact exactly as the AI may say it, and note its source. Only Approved facts are used; only Public-safe facts may appear in public replies, such as answers to Google reviews. You can also import services and hours from your brand profile. Full guide: Knowledge base.
How do you choose your brand face?
Your Brand face is who appears in your paid ads, organic posts, carousels, videos and landing images. You have three options:
- Digital twin: in Talents, press Add Influencer and choose Digital Twin. Enter your name and segment, choose language and gender, turn on voice and upload at least five clear, well-lit photos. Creation has a one-off fee from your credits, shown before you press Save, and takes a few minutes.
- AI avatar: a presenter invented by AI, for when you'd rather not appear on camera. Choose AI Influencer, describe how it should look and come across, and save. Talents also lists ready-made avatars, free to use.
- Automatic: each campaign chooses its own talent.
Then edit your brand in Brand Profiles, pick the twin or avatar under Brand face and press Update Profile. Full guides: Digital twins and AI avatars.
Can you do all this in the chat?
You set it up in the dashboard pages above. The IQ chat then applies your brand guide, rules, facts and brand face to everything it creates, and your feedback in the chat becomes new rules in Learnings. To see it working, ask the IQ chat for a post and look for your brand in it.
What does it cost?
