Sequences: automated multi-step campaigns

In CustomIQ a sequence is an automated multi-step campaign (for example, a series of emails or messages sent according to what each contact does). The Sequences tab, inside Campaigns, lists your sequences and their status; opening one shows its steps and results. They are created from the marketing plan you prepare in the IQ chat.

What is a sequence?
An automated multi-step campaign: each step goes out at a set time or after a contact's action. You manage them from Sequences, the second tab of Campaigns.
What do I do from the dashboard?
Check, follow and edit the steps. The list shows each sequence with its status; opening one takes over the screen with its steps and results. The Content section shows the subject and full content of each fixed email and the template of each WhatsApp step, also while the sequence is active. In Steps and timing you add steps (Email (template), WhatsApp (template) or Add an agent message), change waits, remove steps or move them with Move step up / Move step down; Review changes shows the effect before Apply saves it.
What steps can a sequence have?
Three kinds, mixable in the same sequence: fixed emails (same copy for every contact, only the name changes), WhatsApp messages with a Meta-approved template, and steps an agent writes for each contact. To add a fixed email to an existing sequence, ask in the IQ chat: "Add a fixed email to the new leads sequence after 3 days reminding them of the welcome offer.". It tells you the price (that of one campaign email) before writing it.
How do I create one in the chat?
By asking for a marketing plan: type "Help me create a multichannel marketing plan for this quarter." in the IQ chat. When the plan includes email, CustomIQ prepares the sequences and leaves them here.
Where is it in the dashboard?
Steps
- Open Sequences. Go to Campaigns and click the Sequences tab.
- Open a sequence. Click the row to see its steps, each step's status and its results.
- Create new ones from the chat. Ask for a marketing plan in the IQ chat; email sequences are part of the plan.

- Can I create a sequence from the tab?
- There is no creation form; sequences are born from the marketing plan you prepare in the chat.
- Which channels do sequences use?
- Email and WhatsApp. One sequence can mix fixed emails (same copy for everyone, only the name changes), WhatsApp messages with an approved template and steps an agent writes for each contact.
- Can I see the content of a fixed email?
- Yes. Opening the sequence shows the subject and full content of each fixed email, also when it is live.
- Can I add a fixed email to an existing sequence?
- Yes. On the sequence, in Steps and timing, click Email (template), describe it and click Generate; or ask in the IQ chat. It costs the same as one campaign email and you see the price before it is written.
- Where do I see if a sequence is active?
- In the Sequences list itself, each row shows its status.
