0:00Welcome
Welcome. In this session you'll learn what you pay for in CustomIQ, where you see your results, and what to do with them. It's for you if you've just started, or you've launched your first campaigns and want to know how they're doing. No marketing jargon, promise. We'll answer three questions. What am I paying for? Where do I see my results? And what do I do next?
0:24From credits to results
Here's the big picture. Your credits pay for what CustomIQ creates. Your campaigns and content go out, and the results come back into CustomIQ. And then you decide. The agent reads the results and proposes changes, but nothing is applied on its own.
0:431. Credits and billing
Part one. What you pay for. Credits pay for everything CustomIQ generates, like research, images, videos or landings. And every action shows its cost before it runs. Your ad budget is separate. Meta, Google or TikTok bill it straight to your ad account, and publishing costs nothing. On the Individual plan, launching a paid campaign also takes five percent of its monthly budget, in credits.
The agency plans have no fee. In this tutorial you'll see how credits work in CustomIQ, and where you choose your plan, buy credits, keep your card and see everything you've spent. At the top is your balance. The bar shows where your credits come from, and when each group expires. On the right, what you've spent this month. View movements takes you to the full history.
Credits pay for everything CustomIQ generates, and every action shows its cost before it runs. Your ad budget is paid separately, on each ad platform. In the Plan tab you choose Individual, Small Agency or Agency. Each one includes credits every month and a number of brands. Paying annually gives you two months free. Upgrading applies right away, and downgrading at your next renewal.
Companies can also ask for a free trial. Our team reviews every request before activating it. Plan credits you don't use carry over one more month. Credits you buy never expire, and they're spent last. In Buy credits you top up whenever you need to. Pick a pack and the card to charge. The credits are added to your balance right away. In Payment methods you keep your cards and the billing address that appears on your invoices.
And in History you see every movement in credits, from purchases and renewals to each action of the agent. Switch to Invoices to download each payment as a PDF. That's it. Keep an eye on your balance, and remember that nothing is charged until you confirm it. Three things to remember. Plan credits you don't use carry over one more month. Credits you buy never expire, and they're spent last.
And if a step needs more credits than you have, the chat shows you what's missing and waits. Top up, go back, and it continues from the same step.
3:162. How's my month?
Part two. How's my month? There are two quick ways to know, without digging through dashboards. In this tutorial you'll see the two quick ways to know how your marketing is going, without digging through dashboards. The first is the Daily summary, a tab in Campaigns. Every day it checks your active campaigns and tells you what changed and what you should do.
For each campaign it compares sessions, conversions, landing conversion rate, bounce and spend with the day before. The analysis is only charged when it finds something worth acting on, and nothing is ever applied automatically. When there's something to decide, it shows up in Proposals, where you apply or discard each change. The second way is the IQ chat.
Start a new conversation. And ask how your month is going. In a single answer you get the period, a headline, your key numbers and the main findings. The numbers come straight from your connected accounts. The chat only writes the headline and the findings, and asking costs nothing. Use the daily summary to react day by day, and the chat when you want the big picture of the month.
A quick note on cost. Asking the chat how your month is going is free. The daily analysis is only charged when it finds something worth acting on, and nothing is applied automatically.
5:213. Analytics
Part three. When you want the full picture, open Analytics. Your content, your contacts, your website and your SEO, in one place. In this tutorial you'll see Analytics, where CustomIQ brings together the results of your content, your contacts and your website. At the top you choose the period and the segment you want to look at. The overview starts with your key numbers, views, interactions, content published and reach, each compared with the previous period.
What we see sums up what stands out, like your strongest day of the week or how your views are moving. And the daily trend shows how each metric moves day by day. The Content tab shows what works. Every platform and format is measured against its own average, so a video is never compared with an image. When a creative decision beats your average, it shows up here.
Below, your best performing posts, sorted by engagement. The Funnel tab follows your contacts. From contacts to qualified leads to customers, with the conversion between each step. Revenue generated values your contacts with the lead values you set on each segment. And with Google Analytics connected, you see sessions, users and conversions on your landing pages.
The SEO tab brings in Search Console. Clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position on Google. And the searches and pages that already bring you visitors, a great place to start your next article. Check Analytics once a week, and ask the IQ chat how your month is going whenever you want a quick read.
7:074. Follow your campaigns
Part four. Follow each campaign: its details, its results, and what the agent proposes to improve it. In this tutorial you'll see how to follow a campaign that's already running: its details, its optimization proposals and your analytics. We're in Campaigns. With many campaigns, the search box finds the one you want by name, channel or segment. Each row is a campaign, with its channel and its segment.
Click Details to open it. At the top you see whether it is live on Meta, with a shortcut to open it in Meta Ads Manager. Below, the campaign structure: each ad set and its ads, with status, spend and leads. The metrics fill in as Meta reports results. With Optimize campaign, the agent analyzes the real results and proposes changes. The analysis uses credits, and it shows you the cost before it starts.
From here you can also pause the campaign or publish changes. Today we will not touch anything. Let's close the details. Every pending proposal is decided in one place: the Proposals tab. They are sorted by what can move your results the most. They are grouped by campaign. Each one explains the change, why the agent proposes it, and the signals behind it.
You decide. Apply makes the change in the campaign and Discard drops it. Here we only look. For more context before deciding, Open campaign takes you to its details. To see results across channels, go to Analytics. The overview shows views, interactions, content published and reach, compared with the previous period. And under What we see, the agent sums up what stands out, like your strongest day of the week.
Done. You now know how to follow your campaigns, read their proposals and decide what gets applied. The agent proposes, you decide. Remember the order. Optimize campaign analyses the real results, with its cost shown first. The changes land in Proposals, and you press Apply or Discard.
9:255. What to do next
Part five. What should I do now? Just ask the IQ chat to review your account. In this tutorial you'll ask the IQ chat for a quick review of your account, what needs your attention, what's waiting for you and what's connected. Start a new conversation. First, ask it to review your campaigns. The chat ranks the most important things to do now, across all your campaigns.
Each one tells you the campaign, the platform and why it matters, with the numbers from the last seven days. And comes with a button that takes you straight to the action, like optimizing, analysing or resuming the campaign. Nothing happens until you press it. Now ask what's waiting for your approval. You see the replies and comment messages waiting for you, and your unread conversations.
You approve or answer them in the Inbox. And which accounts you have connected. The chat lists every connection, ad accounts, social profiles, Analytics, email and your website. For anything not connected, it tells you exactly what to type to connect it. That's it. You can also ask which new leads came in or what you have scheduled. These questions are free, so ask as often as you like.
Here's a simple routine. Every day, glance at the Daily summary. Every week, open Analytics. And every month, ask how your month went, then plan the next one with the monthly check-in.
11:38Recap
Let's recap. You know what credits pay for and what your ad platform bills, how to check your balance and top up, where to read your month, how to follow your campaigns, and how to ask for a review.
11:51Questions
Now, the questions we hear most often. Do credits pay for my ads? No. Your ad budget is charged in your Meta, Google, TikTok or LinkedIn account. Credits pay for what CustomIQ creates. What if I run out of credits halfway through? The chat shows your balance and what's missing, and waits. Top up, come back, and it carries on from the same step. Does asking about my results cost credits?
No. How's my month and the account review are free. Optimizing a campaign does use credits, and it shows you the cost first. Will the agent change my campaigns on its own? No. Every proposal waits until you press Apply. Discard drops it.
12:38Next steps
Where to go next. Billing and credits, in Settings, has your plan, top-ups, cards and invoices. Every feature has a guide and a video in Help. And the IQ chat is always there. Thanks for watching. Now open CustomIQ and ask the chat: how's my month?
