0:00Welcome
Welcome to IQ chat power user. In the next twenty minutes you'll learn to get much more out of the chat, just by asking in plain words. This session is for you if you already know the basics: you've set up your brand and asked the chat for a few things. Now let's go faster. Here's the plan. Steer any guided process, check and pause campaigns, diagnose your Meta Ads, write an article, schedule a post, and check an email sequence.
0:32How every request works
First, the pattern behind every request. You ask, the chat asks only for what's missing, shows you the cost, and waits for you. That last step is the one that matters. Nothing is generated, published or changed until you answer yes. There are two kinds of request. Questions, like your results, your leads or what's scheduled. They're read-only and free.
And actions, like pausing a campaign or writing an article. Those open a guided process that ends in a confirmation.
1:101. Steer any process
Part one, steering a guided process. Once you know these few words, you'll never get stuck in the middle of one. When the IQ chat guides you step by step, you're always in control. In this tutorial you'll see the commands to go back, correct an answer or leave a process. Start a new conversation. And start any guided process. For example, creating an organic image.
Under each question you'll see these chips, Back, Start over and Cancel. They do the same as typing the command. Let's answer the first question. Now, imagine we got it wrong. Type back. The chat goes back to the previous question and keeps the rest of your answers. You can also name what you want to correct, like "change the product" or "change the campaign", and it jumps straight to that step.
And if you ask something in the middle, it answers you and asks the same step again. You lose nothing. To leave the process, type cancel. Done. You're out, and nothing was charged. You only pay when you confirm the final step. Back, change, start over, cancel and retry work in every guided process of the chat. Here are the five commands. Back, change followed by what you want to fix, start over, cancel, and retry if a step failed.
The slash shortcuts do the same. And you never lose your place. Ask a question mid-process and the chat answers, then repeats the step. The chips send the words for you. And a New task line keeps each request separate.
3:052. Check and act on campaigns
Part two, checking and acting on your campaigns. You get your real numbers in a card, without opening the dashboard. In this tutorial you'll see how to check and run your campaigns just by asking the IQ chat, without opening any dashboard. Start a new conversation. First, ask how your campaigns are doing. The chat answers with your real numbers, campaign by campaign, from your connected ad accounts.
Now ask which improvements are pending. These are the optimization proposals the agent has prepared. You can accept or discard them from Campaigns. You can also ask what you have scheduled. And it lists the posts, emails and content waiting to go out. The chat can also act. Let's ask it to pause a campaign. It asks which campaign. We answer with its name.
Before touching anything, it shows exactly what it will do and asks you to confirm. Pausing and resuming are free. As this is a demo, we tap No, and nothing changes. That's it. Ask the chat about your month, your leads or your pending messages, and pause or resume campaigns in a couple of messages. These questions all answer in a card, and they're free.
Your campaigns, your month, pending improvements, what's scheduled, new leads, and messages waiting for you. When you want the chat to act, name the campaign. Pausing and resuming are free, on Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, but not Google Ads yet. And only a plain yes confirms.
5:343. Diagnose your Meta Ads
Part three, diagnosing your Meta Ads. The chat reads your Meta account directly and gives you Meta's own reasons. In this tutorial you'll ask the IQ chat what's going on in your Meta Ads account. It reads Meta directly, and it's free. Open a new conversation. Ask why your ad isn't running. CustomIQ checks every published campaign. If Meta rejected an ad, it's in review, or there's no payment method, you see Meta's own reason.
Here nothing is wrong. These campaigns don't spend because they were paused on purpose, and the chat offers to reactivate them. Now ask which ad is doing worst. You get how Meta rates each ad, quality, engagement and conversion, against similar ads. An ad below average usually needs a new creative, not more budget. So the chat offers a button that opens that task.
Nothing changes until you confirm. Finally, ask if your pixel is working. You see when the pixel received its last event. And the match quality of each event, from zero to ten, with what to do when Meta hasn't scored it yet. You can also ask who changed a campaign's budget, why your products don't show in your catalog ads, or what ads your competitors run.
That's how you find what's wrong in your Meta Ads in seconds, without opening Ads Manager. When you want a plan, ask what to do with your ads, and you get up to five actions, ranked. Ask whether the changes worked. And refresh your campaign's research when it's getting old. That one is paid, and you see the cost first.
8:004. Write an article
Part four, writing a blog article. One sentence gets you a full draft. Save yourself the questions by saying it all at once. The topic, the segment it's for, and how many images, from none to five. It's only written and charged after your yes. In this tutorial you'll get a new blog article written just by asking the IQ chat. Start a new conversation.
And say what the article is about. The chat opens a guided process. Topic, audience, images and confirmation. Nothing is written or charged until you confirm. It asks who the article is for. These are your segments. We'll answer with the segment's name. Then how many images it should have, from none to five. We'll ask for two. Here's the summary, with the topic, the audience, the images and the price.
The article is written as an unpublished draft. As this is a demo, we answer no, so nothing is written. Answer yes and the draft appears in your articles. Review it, and publish or schedule it when you're ready, from the article or by asking the chat.
10:025. Schedule a post
Part five, scheduling a post you already have. Tell the chat which post, where and when. In this tutorial you'll schedule one of your posts on your social accounts just by asking the IQ chat. Start a new conversation. And say which post, where and when. Here, the latest video on Instagram on Thursday at 6pm. The chat opens a guided process. Post, platforms, time and confirmation.
Nothing is published until you confirm. Here's the summary, with the post, the network, the exact time and the copy that will go out. Scheduling is free. If you want different copy, just tell it to change the text before confirming. As this is a demo, we answer no, so nothing is scheduled. Answer yes and the post is scheduled. You'll see it in the Calendar, and it goes out on its own at that time.
A few rules worth knowing. Say now and it goes out within a minute. It never posts the same piece twice on one platform. Videos can't go to LinkedIn or Google Business from the chat yet. And scheduling is free.
11:486. Check a sequence
Part six, your email sequences. Ask about one in your own words, and the chat finds it for you. In this tutorial you'll check how one of your email sequences is doing, just by asking the IQ chat. Start a new conversation. And ask about it in your own words, for example whether its first emails went out. The chat opens the sequence process. Checking is free, and nothing changes unless you confirm a change.
If more than one sequence matches, it lists them, with segment and status. We'll pick the first one. You see its status and how many contacts are in progress, finished or out, its steps with their waits, and whether anything is wrong. Here it's a draft, so nothing has gone out yet. From the same process you can also launch, pause or archive a sequence, change its waits or send yourself a test.
Every change is confirmed first. You can also build them from the chat. Ask for an automated workflow, or a sequence only for qualified leads. And when you change a wait, contacts already waiting get the new date, never an earlier one.
13:42Recap
Let's recap. You can steer any process, check your results for free, pause and resume campaigns, diagnose your Meta Ads, write and schedule content, and check your sequences.
13:55Questions
Now, the questions power users ask most. Menu or my own words? Both. The menu sends prepared phrases, your own words work the same, and the chat asks for anything missing. Does asking cost credits? No. Questions, results and diagnostics are free. Every action shows its cost before it runs. What if a step fails? Type retry, or press the Retry chip, and that step runs again.
Do diagnostics cover Google or TikTok? Not yet. For now they cover Meta only, Facebook and Instagram.
14:36Next steps
Where to go next. The Actions button shows everything the chat can do, grouped. And every feature has a guide and a video in Help. Thanks for watching. Now open the IQ chat and just ask.
