What will you learn in this webinar?

"IQ chat power user" is a pre-recorded CustomIQ webinar for users who already know the basics. It shows how to do more in the IQ chat without opening the dashboard, in six parts: steer any guided process, check and act on your campaigns, diagnose your Meta Ads, write a blog article, schedule a post and check an email sequence. Each part is a short slide introduction plus the real how-to demo.

Every request follows the same pattern: you ask, the chat asks only for what's missing, shows the cost, and waits. Nothing is generated, published or changed until you answer "yes". There are two kinds of request: questions (results, leads, what's scheduled), which are read-only and free, and actions, which open a guided process that ends in a confirmation.

Which chat commands steer a guided process?

Inside any guided process the IQ chat understands five commands:

  • "back" repeats the previous question.
  • "change the product" (or the campaign, or any field) jumps to that step and keeps your other answers.
  • "start over" restarts the process.
  • "cancel" leaves it; nothing is charged before you confirm the final step.
  • "retry" runs a step again if it failed.

/atras, /reiniciar and /cancelar are slash shortcuts, and the chips under each question send the same words with one tap. If you ask something mid-process, the chat answers and asks the step you were on again. Full guide: IQ chat commands.

What can you ask about your campaigns?

These questions answer with a card and cost nothing: "How are my campaigns doing?" (status and results for the last 7 days), "How's my month?", "What improvements do you have pending?", "What do I have scheduled?", "Which leads came in?" and "Do I have pending messages?".

The chat can also act. Type "Pause the campaign Verano." or "Resume my TikTok campaign." with your campaign's real name. On Meta you can pause the whole campaign or one ad set; on TikTok and LinkedIn, the campaign. Google Ads can't be paused from the chat yet. The card shows what will change, and only a plain "yes" confirms; "yes, but…" makes it ask again. Pausing and resuming are free, and each campaign's status is in Campaigns. How do you diagnose your Meta Ads in the chat?

Ask "Why isn't my ad running?", "Which ad is doing worst?" or "Is my pixel working?". The chat reads your Meta account and shows Meta's own reason for a rejected or stuck ad, how Meta rates each ad against similar ads, and when your pixel last received an event with each event's match quality. It changes nothing and costs nothing. A button opens the task that fixes it, such as adding a new creative.

To go from diagnosis to action, ask "What should I do with my ads?" for up to five ranked actions, or "Did the changes work?" for the result of changes already applied. "Refresh the research for my campaign." re-runs your sector's ad research; that one is paid and shows its cost before you confirm. Full guide: Check what's wrong in your Meta Ads account.

How do you write an article from the chat?

Say it all in one sentence: the topic, the segment it's for and how many images, from 0 to 5. If you name one of your segments, the chat skips that question. The summary shows the topic, audience, images and exact price; it's written and charged only when you answer "yes", and it stays an unpublished draft in Blogs. Then ask the chat to publish or schedule it. Full guide: Write a new article from the IQ chat.

How do you schedule a post from the chat?

Tell the chat which post, where and when, for example your latest video on Instagram on Thursday at 6pm. It shows the post, the network, the exact time and the copy; you can ask it to change the text before confirming. Say "now" and it goes out within a minute. It never posts the same piece twice on one platform, and videos can't go to LinkedIn or Google Business from the chat yet. Scheduling is free and the post shows in the Calendar. How do you check an email sequence?

Ask in your own words, for example whether the first emails of a sequence went out. If several match, the chat lists them with segment and status. You see the status, how many contacts are in progress, finished or out, the steps with their waits, and whether anything is wrong. From the same process you can launch, pause or archive the sequence, change its waits or send yourself a test; every change is confirmed first. To build one, type "I want to create an automated workflow." or "I want a sequence only for qualified leads.". Sequences are also in Sequences. Full guide: Check and change a sequence from the IQ chat.

What does it cost?

Questions, results, Meta diagnostics, pausing, resuming and scheduling cost no credits. Writing an article, generating images and refreshing research use credits, and the chat always shows the price before you confirm.

Steps

  1. Steer any guided process. Type "back", "change the product", "start over", "cancel" or "retry", or press the chips under the question.
  2. Check your campaigns for free. Ask "How are my campaigns doing?" or "How's my month?" and read the card; questions cost no credits.
  3. Pause or resume a campaign. Type "Pause the campaign Verano." with your campaign's real name and answer a plain "yes" to confirm.
  4. Diagnose your Meta Ads. Ask why your ad isn't running, which ad is doing worst or whether your pixel works; it's read-only and free.
  5. Write a blog article. Give the topic, the segment and how many images from 0 to 5; it's written and charged only after your "yes".
  6. Schedule a post. Say which post, where and when; check the copy and confirm. Scheduling is free and it shows in the Calendar.
  7. Check an email sequence. Ask about it in your own words; you see its status, contacts and steps, and every change is confirmed first.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to use the menu or can I type in my own words?
Both. The menu sends prepared phrases; your own words work the same and the chat asks for anything missing.
Does asking the IQ chat questions cost credits?
No. Results, leads, what's scheduled and Meta diagnostics are free. Every action shows its cost before it runs.
What if a step fails?
Type "retry" or press the Retry chip.
Do the diagnostics work for Google Ads or TikTok?
Not yet. For now they cover Meta only (Facebook and Instagram).
