How to delete your data from CustomIQ

In this tutorial you'll see how to ask CustomIQ to delete your data, and what to do before you send the request. First, review your information in My account, including the email you signed up with. The confirmation goes to that address.

Then open Connections, and disconnect your networks, so no platform stays linked to CustomIQ.

The request is made on the data deletion page, linked from the website footer and the privacy policy. It lists everything that gets deleted, from your account and content to your connected account tokens. You send the request, confirm it from your email, and the deletion completes within thirty days at most. Type the email of your account here. And send the request.

Deleting your data has no cost, but unused credits aren't refunded automatically, so check your balance first. Disconnect your networks, send the request, confirm it by email. The IQ chat doesn't delete accounts, so this page is the way.
