CustomIQ credits and billing — how charges work and how to top up

In this tutorial you'll see how credits work in CustomIQ, and where you choose your plan, buy credits, keep your card and see everything you've spent. At the top is your balance. The bar shows where your credits come from, and when each group expires. On the right, what you've spent this month. View movements takes you to the full history. Credits pay for everything CustomIQ generates, and every action shows its cost before it runs.

In the Plan tab you choose Individual, Small Agency or Agency. Each one includes credits every month and a number of brands. Paying annually gives you two months free. Upgrading applies right away, and downgrading at your next renewal. Companies can also ask for a free trial. Our team reviews every request before activating it. Plan credits you don't use carry over one more month.

Credits you buy never expire, and they're spent last.

In Buy credits you top up whenever you need to. Pick a pack and the card to charge. The credits are added to your balance right away.

In Payment methods you keep your cards and the billing address that appears on your invoices.

And in History you see every movement in credits, from purchases and renewals to each action of the agent. Switch to Invoices to download each payment as a PDF. That's it. Keep an eye on your balance, and remember that nothing is charged until you confirm it.
